Nick Brown

I started 10 years ago with Lindsay Dynan as an apprentice draftsman and have had fantastic work opportunities and strong career progression. There are lots of people here who, like me, have been here a long time. I put that down to our culture – that doesn’t change over time. The culture supports people; everyone is willing to give a helping hand and get great outcomes for clients. I’ve had a variety of work and can truly say I’ve never been bored. You’re just constantly thinking outside the box about new ways to solve problems. It keeps life pretty interesting.
