Lindsay Dynan completed temporary works design and design verification for multiple stations working closely with both the Northwest Rapid Transit Infrastructure Joint Venture design teams and site teams on the construction of the station structures within the retained box excavation. Our input saved money and time on the project by working closely with site teams, builder and client to devise tailored solutions.

Lindsay Dynan provided civil and structural scoping and definition design for a 3.5km rail upgrade, including options investigation and design of access tracks, culverts, under bridges and drainage. We implemented an innovative documentation solution employing emerging technology that resulted in a fully coordinated digital engineering model. The 3D model incorporated design data from all disciplines which had huge benefits in terms of engaging the wide range of stakeholders

Our involvement
Lindsay Dynan worked as part of the D&C team on the civil/structural detailed design and documentation of a new four-track, twin-span rail fly-over bridge servicing the Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group Coal Export Terminal. We assisted the builder during tender stage with an alternative solution to suit the contractor's preferred construction methodology.
