Lindsay Dynan undertook the master-planning, concept and detailed design of a new asphalt plant site at St Mary’s. We assessed the operational limitations of the site and carefully considered the environmental controls to ensure the rigorous approvals process with Penrith City Council was successfully navigated.

Our involvement
Lindsay Dynan were engaged to fulfil the role of lead consultant and acted as technical adviser on this project. We worked alongside our client and became part of their team to coordinate designs from an international team of consultants. We undertook the civil and structural engineering designs of a train unloading facility, wharf extension for a new ship loader, truck unloading and loading facility, site-wide stormwater management and a number of complex foundations for silos, conveyors, transfer stations and the like.
