Our involvement
Lindsay Dynan prepared civil and structural designs for a new residential aged care facility on the existing Bolton Clarke Retirement Living site at Bolton Point. We were bought in early to work with all stakeholders including building consultants, to develop solutions to building methods which would ensure the project causes minimal disturbance to surrounding residents during construction.

The RAIR program will support the upgrade of new ambulance stations across rural NSW to better respond to future demand. Lindsay Dynan was engaged to undertake the civil and structural design and documentation of 26 individual stations across Regional NSW.

Our involvement
Lindsay Dynan undertook master-planning, feasibility design and 3D concept visualisations for a new health precinct at the existing Mater Hospital site. We used 3D modelling and our knowledge of the unique site constraints to develop an integrated, coordinated site layout.
