Our involvement
Lindsay Dynan conducted a lot of background work looking at subdivisions approvals process and allowances for this greenfield K-12 public school site, working closely with the architect and considering the pedagogy of the site. Lindsay Dynan undertook the civil and structural design and reporting for the master-planning process, confirming that no stormwater management systems were required as all were catered for by downstream infrastructure. 3D earthworks analysis enabled us to minimise the amount of imported fill material required for the project.

Our involvement
Lindsay Dynan used 3D modelling to provide civil engineering for the proposed redevelopment of Grandstand No. 2 and its surrounding areas on the University of Sydney campus. Our involvement included working with flooding engineers to ensure the proposed development maintained current flood levels throughout the site.

Our involvement
Lindsay Dynan provided civil design and documentation for the new Knox Senior Students Academy building surrounds including stormwater management, retaining walls, new access roads, loading docks and compliance with DDA access grades. A difficult design to build with complex stormwater and flooding challenges identified, Lindsay Dynan were on-hand as problem solvers throughout the project and worked with the builder to find pragmatic and economical solutions enabling the project to be delivered on time.
