Sara has been with Lindsay Dynan for over 12 years, beginning as an apprentice draftsperson and being appointed to the board in 2018. With a keen interest in staff development to ensure Lindsay Dynan is a place to work and grow careers, she brings to the board an intense focus on culture through our people and culture Strategic Initiatives.
