Extensive experience working in the specialty field of Forensic and Remedial Engineering including: Material condition assessment, Facade and waterproofing investigations, Structural stability/adequacy investigations, Service life and asset management / maintenance assessments, Feasibility Studies and Environmental Impact Assessments, Bridge and Structure Load Rating / certification and Expert Witness Investigations and Reports
