Consult Australia Awards for Excellence

Lindsay Dynan and representatives from the ARTC attended the Consult Australia awards for excellence held at the Rocks Shangri La on Thursday night. Our project, relating to bridge fatigue monitoring, was nominated in the technology innovation category. The project involved development of an automated bridge monitoring system which continuously measures structural performance in real time and provides back to base alerts to an asset management team if an unusual loading pattern or change in bridge performance is observed. We missed the prize in a photo finish, but it was a great night celebrating a successful project with the team and our client. Congratulations to all those involved.
