1.    Delivery of technically excellent projects within time and budget constraints and to achieve superior value engineered outcomes for all stakeholders. You will manage the delivery of packages/components of large projects, or the delivery of entire smaller projects.

2.    Manage the risk of doing business by complying with all non-technical processes and systems outlined in the applicable company documents and overseeing the team to do the same.

3.    Support a culture that unites all team members around the company values to ensure team members feel valued and engaged with a sense of belonging and achievement.

Whilst this roles is based in our Newcastle office, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects across all of our offices across Australia.

About You

We are looking for someone that can make an immediate contribution so experience in a similar role with infrastructure experience including multi discipline projects and hands on detailed design delivery is required. Ideally you will have 7+ years’ experience, however, we will consider suitable candidates at all stages of their career.

We want to get to know the types of projects you love. When applying we ask that you include a cover letter and outline a significant project you have worked on, what your contribution was and how you added value to its success.

If successful to interview, you will be asked to demonstrate your skills and strengths through examples of your work.
