Kevin Dynan

As a civil and structural engineer, Kevin's experience as an engineering consultant followed his early years of work with civil & building contractors, allowing him to develop a real understanding of the importance of buildability within the design process.  Kevin began his engineering career over 30 years ago, gaining experience throughout Australia and the UK before joining forces with Merv Lindsay to form Lindsay Dynan.

Kevin’s early years were spent working on site with building contractors, during which time he developed an understanding of the importance of developing solutions at the concept design phase that are practical, cost effective, and ultimately buildable.  This approach has led him to successfully manage design teams on many complex projects.

As well as being involved in the design and construction of new buildings in the industrial, residential, commercial & retail engineering fields, Kevin has also carried out over 2000 structural assessments of existing buildings.  Kevin has advanced experience on a highly diversified range of projects, just some of which include:
